Friendship Appreciation Poem — Gratitude and Love for True Friends
I wrote this friendship appreciation poem to thank the ones who stood beside me through it all — a heartfelt reflection on gratitude, laughter, and love that time can’t break.
In ten years past, and memories deep, With my friend, the bond we keep.
Through laughs and tears, our spirits soared, With you beside me, I was never ignored.
And to his girl, the light he found in you, Together you made old days feel new.
Through shadows cast and days of rain, You both have eased my silent pain.
This birthday, you gave me joy anew, A gift of laughter, pure and true.
In moments shared, I feel my heart, Knowing we are never far apart.
You've lifted me when times were tough, Made life gentle, warm, enough.
I cherish you both, for all you’ve done, For all we are, for battles won.
So, here’s my thanks, and love so wide, For friends who walk right by my side.
My chosen few, my life is brighter, all thanks to you.
